  • Meta — advertising measurement and conversion tracking.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our contractual terms. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We obtain your explicit consent before sending any marketing or conversational text messages. You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our intake or contact form, or by otherwise providing your mobile number with a clear statement that you agree to receive texts from Rankwella. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can work with us without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for appointment reminders and follow-ups, plus conversational replies when you engage with us.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt back in.

Mobile information collected through our SMS program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the data protection practices described in this Privacy Policy apply to information collected via text messaging.

9. Children's privacy
